Lost BBC 1 channel, says no signal but get all the other channels

Tried switching off, re tuning TV but nothing worked.

Not sure what you mean by retuning TV.

 

 But what Sky channel are you trying to watch?   BBC 1 channels were rejigged recently.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
