Loss of tv guide - no satellite signal

Question - how to resolve tv guide not loading and message says - No satellite signal. So far tried : reset box and switch off box at wall for 10 mins and plug back in and restart. Issue not resolved - I suspect LNB on satellite dish may have failed?

Have you checked the connections from the dish to the Sky Q box haven't come loose?

I am just another Sky customer!
