Location error

Location error when I try and download anything. Seeing other posts, it's recommended to contact internet provider to get IP address changed. They have changed it 5 times now and I've still got the same issue. All of my streaming devices such as Netflix/Prime etc are working as they should...the only issue is sky downloads.

 

I tried calling sky but couldn't get much support.

Nothing us customers can do either.

 

You need to persevere with both Sky and your ISP.

 

Other streaming services work outside the UK which explains why they work.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
