Loading issues

Turns on can see programs listed but can't watch anything although Netflix and disney working fine

@Magicman190670  Have you tried resetting your Sky box?  If not turn it off either at the plug or pull out the power cable.  Leave if off for at least 30 seconds then plug back in again and follow the on screen instructions until it has reloaded.
