Live tv on paramount plus

Just upgraded to cinema to receive paramount plus. Sales man at sky said you could access live tv (some sports) can't find live tv on app. Help please

No live TV.

Paramount plus is a Streaming App on Q.

I think it may be possible that it has been confused with Discovery plus which has some live sports included in the base - although for premium sports that needs a TNT sports sub

Just tried to get live sport on Paramount plus and Discovery plus through Sky movies channel. I've been onto a support guy and cutting to the chase, you don't get Europa League and international rugby - unless you subscribe to TNT. 

I also thought that you got sports through Sky movies. It's definitely not made clear when you subscribe to Sky movies that you're getting a cut-down, sport free version.

When you add Sky Movies to your current package which is usually Sky Signature you are getting access to the Sky branded movie channels only and no access to the paid Sky or TNT sports channels as these can be added as extra packages.

Are you confusing Paramount + with something else ?

As per other posts Paramount + (which is the offering with SKY movies) does not have any live TV and does not have any Sports

The guy on support directed my son and myself through both trying to find tonight's Europa league matches.

I added Sky movies a month or so back and tonight was our first attempt to find the football.

I'm not sure the sales people I spoke to knew sports weren't included, I'm fairly certain it wasn't told to me if they did know.

The support guy found it out having read through some documentation in response to my call.

Europa league games like the Champions League games are on TNT so you would need to add the TNT package to your account which you can do so via Sky or via Bt/EE.
