Lip sync problem on Sky Q

I have Sky Q and 2 mini boxes all connected by ethernet. When watching Sky on a Sony TV connected to a mini box, when switched on, it is nearly always out of sync. This is always cured by momentarily unplugging the HDMI lead and replugging it. It is then fine until the next day. Any ideas please?

Tried a different lead?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yes, I tried swapping the other mini box and lead but no improvement. The lead used is the one that came with the box.
