if I unplug the remote sky q box and plug back in it works ok for an hour or so. Then lip sync issues unto 1 second delay. tried Home/settings/setup/Audio visual/Digital audio delay HDMI but this only max at 200ms so no good.
no soundbar just hdmi to Sony Bravia 4K VH2 television.
