You don't get to choose which version you install.

Q300.000.06.00L (5yzv4ns)

Is that correct?

That is the latest version available to download.

As above, you cannot force a later version than is made available to you.

Sky release any new versions in batches over about a period of a month to customers., so if you see a new  release mentioned, you may not get it to your Sky Q boxes until sometime later in that period. 

This page is kept up to date and shows the latest available Sky Q release.

That is the current downloadable version. There is a newer version (Q310) which is being rolled out now, but as mentioned above it is done in batches and you can not yet manually update to it. Your box will automatically update when it becomes available for you.
