It isn't an issue with Sky - and DAZN are wrong telling you to call Sky.

The telephone numbers on the DAZN website to activate on a Sky card are NOT Sky - they are a call centre working for DAZN.

DAZN online support tell you to call DAZN telephone support (but DAZN call them Sky).

DAZN telephone support tell you to contact DAZN online support.

DAZN online support will not do anything as you have not registered or paid - even though you have.

DAZN telephone support will tell you that you have registered and paid - so it's an online issue.

But neither side are willing to provide any help.

 

To contact the DAZN UK registration support team (who are not Sky) - use the telephone number on their help page beginning 03. Same people answer as the 08 number - but will often cost less or even nothing.

 

If enough people register a complaint - they may look into it!

I have registered, they have taken my money, and I can access Chanel 429.  I am unable to access my DAZN account as it does not recognise my email address.  The DAZN chat service is useless. 

I am unable to find an email address for DAZN customer services, website keeps directing you back to chat robot. 

I ended up contacting the number they give you for registration, that costs 45p to the mobile company plus 23p a minute!  They confirmed I was registered and that I should have received an email requesting I confirm my email address, which I have not received. 

I wish I had not registered. As I am unable to log into my DAZN account I can't even cancel my account, and will get charged£19.99 a month!

Does anyone have an email address for DAZN customer services, or any suggestions please.

@Steve1001uk  @P80OKE   Hope this helps:

 

On the DAZN "/SkyHelp" (click NOT a subscriber) page which has the expensive 0870 number is also a 0333 number which is often free depending on you telephone package.

 

There is also a UK chat service which provides the customer service email address - in fact that is the only thing they will do for you beyond confirming you have resistered and paid.

 

I dont want to post it here - but it is quite easy to work of the   dazn customer service    email prefix for the dazn.com  service  😉  (no spaces in email names)

 

They are not based in UK so do not open before 1pm.

 

The  help bot  on the main website will get you through to someone after 1pm if you follow the route:  Accessing DAZN -> I Can't login  ->  something else.

 

But they will only tell you that you have not registered and not paid.   You may be lucky to speak to someone that knows this is now a known issue.

Was thinking about getting this but certainly won't now. Hoping they don't get the rights to football in the next deal, if this is what is happening. Not very encouraging

I signed up via the DAZN website, it asks for your sky viewing card and address, it activated almost immediately, and have access to the app.

 

I would say to all other users to use their website.

 

didn't work on my mini box either.

 

cancelling is a pain, it says call in but there is no phone number...  but the guys in chat cancelled the subscription today for me (have to give 30 days notice - so be quick) .

Exactly the same issue here - signed up for annual contract on DAZN.com/skyuk. Main box activated straight away, nothing on mini boxes through channel 429 and no app in thr apps menu (even though this is what we're told to do). No email through so can't complete setup. Given the lack of ownership / action from DAZN or sky (although doesn't seem to be a sky issue in fairness) I can only think to resort to Twitter and make sure that the @EddieHearn team is fully aware so they can put pressure on DAZN to sort as I'm guessing most of us have signed up in the last few days for the AJ fight tonight.

I am unable to log into my account as it does not recognise my email account.  Did you register with DAZN through the sky link?

 

Were you sent an email to conform your email address?
