Jumping to different days

After a power cut my Q box seems to play up.

i press the home button scroll down to all channels then move over to bbc1 and it then starts jumping days as you scroll.

Have shut everything down and done a restart then it is ok for a while you try changing channel and it plays up again

Could a button be sticking on the remote? A bit of dust underneath a button perhaps.
