Issues with sky q box.

I have been having issues over the last few days with my sky q box. None of my recordings will play. There's a delay in changing channel. (It goes to a black screen, with the sound of the channel I've just left.) none of the pictures are showing on any of the folders inc catch up recordings on demand etc. when I'm watching somthing and go onto the q box system it says please wait for everything apart from tv guide. 

I've done a normal turn off and back on again at the plug, reset of my network connection, reset of settings, and a full reset back to factory settings. Although I don't know if the factory reset has worked as all of my recordings are still there and the problem has persisted. 

I've never had any issues with my sky q box other than an odd issue with switching on the box which has been fixed by switching of the box at the plug for 30s. 

any help greatly recevied .

Oh and it's becoming very noisy and the rewind, fast forward, pause and record buttons do not work properly either.

ive also found that my last recording is now listed as failed, software issues.

I'd think that suggests hardware failure, so you'd need to follow a diagnostic pathway which leads to a swap-out.
