Hi there,
we have been having ongoing issues with our sky mini Q box in our bedroom like it showing a pixilated view on and off or losing connection. I decided to see if we could do anything to resolve the issue but it looks like we now cannot get our sky mini box to even work at all and it says we need to update we have done all the steps required but still nothing has resolved the problem.
Please help
