Issues with linking to Disney Plus

I thought that I had succesfully linked my SKy account with Disney+ but I am unable to access it - Sky believe my account has been linked but Disney+ keep asking me to pay a subscription and I am unable to login to the app - I feel like I'm going around in circles here - I'm now paying Sky a fee for a service I am not recieving - this is really frustrating - please can anybdy help solve??

Sorry - I don't seem to have resolved this - I started a conversation via the multicolour bubble but haven't got a response - is there another way of getting connected to an advisor please?

What tier of Disney plus do you have?

It was the £9/mth option ... can't remember what they called that tier I'm afraid?
