Looking for some help as I'm encountering multiple issues with my Sky Q box:
1. Intermittent blip: difficult to describe but I frequently have a 'blip' in the sound and picture which happens every 20-30 secs. Turning the box off at the wall seems to fix it temporarily but it soon comes back and gradually becomes more frequent. The issue seems to occur across most channels but less noticeable on some depending on the sort of programme being watched. Watching the TV without the box or using apps on the TV seems to work fine without any issues.
2. Satellite issues: seem to be having an increasing number of satellite issues even in good weather. Channel 112 for example, frequently shows 'this channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal'. No previous issues over the last 6+ years using the same communal dish.
3. Poor picture quality: picture quality seems to have worsened recently, particularly noticeable on HD channels. Some images look fine but then it switches to a different camera and looks very blurry. Seems to be happening across multiple channels though. I did have to fiddle with the picture settings on the TV when I first set up UHD and the picture quality has been a bit suspect since then but it definitely seems to have got worse in the last few wees, perhaps connected to the issues above.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Whenever a “no satellite signal” message is displayed firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link

It’s not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels. As you're on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company. Perhaps check with neighbours who have Sky and see if they are experiencing the same issue.
