I recently had my bankers card hacked which was subsequently cancel and a new card arranged. I then received a email from yourselves saying my payment hadn't gone through and asked me to provide new bank details which I did and the payment has been taken.
on returning from my holidays yesterday I cannot get my sky to work it just says no signal. I need to understand whether you have cancel my subscription and why as the payment was not late. Also I need the service resuming asap

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@William7196 You are not addressing Skty via the forum, we are all customers, however a No Signal is likely to be aTV issue, a No satelliet signal issue would mean no signal to the Skyt box, neother are caused by a cancelled subscription.
