Issue with netflix loading

Hi all, someone's bound to have had the same issue as us, when we are trying to load netflix on our Sky Q box. The box is connected to Internet via ethernet cable and I have high speed Internet. Its fine on other devices. All the other apps load fine, disney +, prime and so on just getting no loading with netflix even after waiting like 5 mins, sometimes even after resetting the box still doesn't load.

Have you tried Netflix app on your TV or on a PC or tablet?

I am just another Sky customer!
