Issue contacting sky

I'm trying to phone sky but keeps saying my number is not recognised. How else can i contact them. Email or something please

Perhaps the phone number associated with your Sky account is out of date. You can update it to the one you're currently using here: https://www.sky.com/mydetails/account-info
