Hi @Karl83 This is an on-line community forum. It is not Sky Customer Support so an on-line chat would be useless.

Certain issues can be escalated but it's not an 'online chat' as such as not real-time exchange if messages

Sorry I meant when you contact sky does the online chat not work anymore
