Is anyone having problems with netflix

We can get on to netflix is anyone else having problems

Cant get netflix to work on tv works on all other devices was told by netflix internet provider problem called sky autobot told me in house set up error although all working ok then cut off connection

I can get netflix on the mini box but not the main sky box
