Internet

Everytime I turn my tv on. I have to reconnect to my internet! It's happening all the time now

This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

 

No one will call you. Sky won't be able to identify you anyway from a forum post. (You can't see a reply because there wasn't another reply).

Try a full network reset in the Sky menu

Might be a good idea to restart your internet router before you start
