Internet won’t connect to sky a box

My internet works around the house however it has lost connection to the sky q box for the last couple of hours, tried everything suggested and still won't connect.

The Q box connects the the wifi, not the other way round. So that's where you need to focus your attention.

No idea what "everthing suggested" is so bit tricky to know what to suggest that you might not have tried.
