That's because you don't do it like that
Do a network reset on the Q through the settings menu. It will tell you what to do on screen. Assuming this is a black Sky router, choose that option. It will tell you to press the WPS on the router
You don't press the WPS on the Q. That's for connecting mini boxes to it.
