Hi I keep getting a message come up on my sky+ saying it looks like I don't have any internet connection. I have tried restarting the router and the sky box and unplugging both. It sometimes works for 5-10 seconds then it disconnects again. All my other devices in the house are connected to the internet and working fine it's only the sky box
