Internet connection lost daily and help pages does not fix

We keep losing internet connection once/twice per day.

Reviewed and followed all help pages forSkyQ box - turn off and on and Router -off and on pressing WPS button.

Nothing seems to work.

Broadband connection test is always Green/ok.

Any suggestions before we call out an Engineer?

Weve got same issue. Sky indicated they done a software update early 2023 and didnt have a fix for the intermittent connection issues. Still same now, engineer out last Monday, no joy and back again Saturday.
