Internet connection dropping after upgrading recently

On Saturday I upgraded to the Gigafast+ fibre broadband/wifi package and this evening have found the internet connection on my sky q box intermittently dropping. I'm trying to watch ITVX through the app and it's buffering then closing down saying the internet connection has failed. My sky q menu then says there is a problem. In settings there is a x against internet but then it changes to a tick. My phone and other devices are all connected with no issue
