Intermittent connection between SkyQ box and the internet

I had a new SKY Q box installed yesterday. Before this I had Sky HD plus, where connection with the internet was no problem (apart from an occassional loss). However in the last 24 hours the connection between the SkyQ box and the WiFi router (BT Fibre 100 Halo 3+) has dropped many times. I have rebooted both the router and the Sky Q box many times but the problem persists. I cannot find a number to call SKY in order to resolve the issue. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately last night the WiFi connection to the SKY Q box was worse than at any time during the last week that I have had the new box. I am now confident that the problem lies with the SKY box as we could watch other channels without difficulty (e.g. Amazon Prime) with the Box turned off!
