Intermittent Pixelation when watching recordings

Hi

Over the past few days I have been getting intermittent pixellation when playing back my recordings. This is getting worse.

I have tried all the usual power off at the mains, restart etc etc.

The Sky Q box has been replaced recently and I don't notice the problem when watching live TV.

Any ideas please
