Interference on all tnt channels

I have sky Q, I pay extra for HD and extra for TNT. I cannot get the UHD because I dont have fibre. I cannot get TNT HD at all, the screen on tgese channels is blue with a message for no satellite signal. The non HD TNT channels work but are full of interference and pixalation. I cannot get through to sky on the phone so I sent an email to customer services over a week ago with no reply back. Can anyone suggest anything? I am an avid sports watcher which is why I have TNT. Please help !!

@Rosyroo

Sky don't use email for general communication I'm afraid which would explain the lack of a response.

UHD is not dependent on having fibre broadband.

hi @Rosyroo

The following applies TNT channels the same way as other Satellite channels

Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system
