Installation Nightmare

Having a right song and dance. Meant to have Q installed yesterday but the engineer cancelled. Been trying since then to get someone to just book me another slot but it's just not happening. Rang twice with no luck, just been told they'll get back to me with a date (the first one didn't even bother logging the request, I was told) and when I go on my account it doesn't give me the option, just that there was a problem with my order and to get in touch!

 

Somebody save me from this cycle!

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
