Inability to get 2 sky channels

Can't access paramount or Disney+. Keeps asking me to sign in. It says however that I do have both channels.

They are not channels.

 

They are streaming apps for which you have to register to use - have you done this?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
