How do I find via Sky Q box my list I've put programs into on ITVX? I've looked everywhere & there is nothing makes my list.

You will not find anything in your Q box.

If you added them in ITV X, then you need to look in the ITVX App.

In the ITVX App go to the Home menu and scroll down until you see My List
