ITV1 asking for PIN

ITV 1 keeps asking for a pin and won't let me rewind, schedule page is stuck on Ant and Dec Limitless Win, tried turning TV off an unplugging for 20 mins. Pin is tunred off for all applications except Box office.  Any other suggestions?

Afraid pin requirements will be required for certain content.

The PIN shouldn't be required for ITV1. It only applies to certain channels like Sky Atlantic that can show age restricted content before 9pm. 

Have you tried rebooting the box?

Hi, yes I tried rebooting, also emailed the help section. It has now sorted itself out, I'm assuming bigger issue than just me from other posts.
