Hi, it's just ITV, so SD not HD, the other HD channels are on Channel 801, 802 and 803 apart from BBC 1 HD which is still 101

@lesbutcher you might find ITV1HD on 803 then it should be on 103 so try giving your box a reboot 

 ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Yes I've already tried rebooting , it's not there at all.

Just looked there is no 803 bbc2hd is 802 and channel4hd is 804 there is no channel 5HD either anywhere

Hi no we are waiting for a replacement as the other was damaged, is that the reason we don't have the HD channels? Was sent priority on Sat morning and still no sign of it

@lesbutcher To be honest, I'm surprised anything works without a viewing card. Your viewing card is basically your subscription.

That explains it, without a viewing card you'll just get the default channels, for ITV I think the default is  ITV1 Central West SD.

If it was a replacement box, assume you accidentally left your card in your old box that was carted off?
