ITV Pixelated
Unable to watch ITV via Sky Q due to bad pixelation. All other channels ok. Have to watch via Apple TV. This is obviously an ongoing issue with over 60 other posts dating back for at least a year. You obviously cannot or do not want to fix the issue so some compensation should be offered to all subscribers considering the massive cost of SKY.

Re: ITV Pixelated
As we are customers like you we won't be paying out any compensation. If there are 60 posts out of all the millions of Sky Q customers it's a very small proportion
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging

hi @Tintacs78
Pixellation usually occurs when there is a slight dish alignment.
Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system
Note even though you may have searched for others with problems it is extremely rarely a transmission problem
BTW ITV provide their own feeds which are also available via Freesat & SKY only provide the EPG and allow Downloads for catch up/On demand
