Hello Sky Team,
I work for an ISP called Gigabit Networks.
Several of our customers are having issues downloading content on the Sky Q box. This is because it says they're outside of the UK. We have confirmed with other companies such as BBC that the IP address range is within the UK.
We have been this issue since middle of November. I have also seen that other ISP's have been having similar issues.
Can you please update your database with this IP range?
