I turned my sky q mini box off whilst on holiday. When I turned it back on all I get is no signal

All I get on my mini box is message saying no signal. I have tried pressing wps button on main sky q box but nothing happens

"No SIgnal" is usually a message from the TV when it's on the wrong input, or the device connected isn't switched on.
