I pay full package at the moment I am not receiving some channels and also no Indian channels it’s b

Not receiving some sky channels and no Indian channels at all 

I pay for full package it's four days now I have tried rebooting the box still it's the same

@Navjit  What does the message on your TV screen show?  If it shows No Satellite signal it will be  an issue with your dish which you'll need to call Sky to get an engineer to check.

What channels specifically?  Do you have HD pack?

 

There's no such thing as 'full package'.   Indian channels will be a very specific add-on.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
