I keep losing my recorded programs and have to keep restarting my sky q box

My Sky Q box randomly starts making loud fan noises. But happens quite often at the moment.

When this happens I lose access to the recorded programs and have to keep restarting the Sky Q box to get them back.

sometimes multiple times before it works properly again.
