I have lost TCM channels

Please can u tell me why I have lost channels 315 & 316?

The channels closed down (on all UK TV platforms) on 6th July.

Why have I lost channel 315 & 316 on my Sky Q??

I went into Sky Q menu & have discovered that that channels 315 & 316 have gone?  Please could u tell me why??

Hi :

Not seen Ch 316 in the schedule for ages... but...
just re-booted my 1TB Sky Box and all semi-OK except that for Channel 315 [Movies24+], I can't pause, rewind or "instant-record" the film that's showing.

Also, no listings appear - all I get is "Waiting for TV Schedule..." though - as I said - the film 'scheduled' is nonetheless being transmittied OK.

Go forward 24 hours in the schedule, and anything on 315 is listed, and recordable.

I've just clicked to record any old film tomorrow morning to see whether that recording will go ahead.
