I don’t have access to my apps. Satellite strength is good and internet is working. I have tried all
Satellite strength is good and internet is working but not connected to the tv.

The apps require the internet not satellite to operate; you need to investigate why you have no internet connection to your Sky Q box
I am just another Sky customer!
