I can’t get my mini box to connect after a power outage.

We've had a fuse blow so all the electrics went off. I've got the main Q box to work again but not the mini. I've rebooted the whole lot. The lights are on to show Bluetooth connectivity. The booster box has all three lights on (power, connection and Wi-Fi) but I can only get the mini to show me Step 1of 4 to connect. It doesn't do anything once I press the central button so I've no idea how to move to Step 2 or3 or 4! It all appears to be connected. I can get Prime but not Sky.
