I can't access Discovery +

I've just managed to sort it

Go on the discovery+ app on sky, click sign in, scan qr code with phone. It'll bring up sign in page on discovery+. I clicked register, setup a new account with discovery plus on the cheapest membership. Once account was made it let me put in the code shown on TV screen and logged me in instantly

I've spent the last 45 mins trying to sort this, including speaking to Sky who pointed me here. Stuck in a loop - it lets me access Discovery+ but then sends me here when I try to watch...
