I can not access any of my recording anymore it is telling me I need to upgrade ??

I can not access my recordings anymore it is telling me to upgrade ? I took he off my contracts but the sky can elles are not all HD and I seems not to be able to axées what I recorded whilst I was away ?

Thanks for your help. I managed to speak to sky and this issue is now resolved ..apparently we need HD to access the recording , catch up and on demand now which I did not have and it therefore blocked  my access . Thanks
