How do I send back equipment

I have phoned several times and each time I’m promised that they will send out a bag and postage for 3 Wi-Fi boosters and a router which need returning as we no longer have sky broadband. Please can someone advise how I send it back. I won’t pay the postage so I’ve now given up on the bags so just obtaining prepaid postage would be great
