How do I pin protect specific channels on Sky Q??

I have set it up to have pin protection on 'pre watershed playback' and

I've set age restrictions for all ages but channels like True Crime Xtra will still open during the afternoon. However I try to supervise, my 8 year old still manages to find inappropriate things. Kids Safe Mode is very limited and you keep getting asked to upgrade your subscription.

How can I set pin protection for individual channels on Sky Q please?
