How do I get a new viewing card
'Please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up'. Card was already in box. Removed it and replaced it. Shut everything down. Left overnight. Reboot. Not fixed. How to get new viewing card?

@Dennis+pig You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
