Home Move has stalled

Requested Home Move on 2nd July but it’s not active. Sky says old order stuck in their system from 8 August 2024 but can’t remove it. Three have tried. I am raging

Presumably Sky have said they are still working on the issue. If it's an internal system I'm afraid there's not a lot fellow customers can do to rectify it.
