High winds have blown sky dish off wall
So these high gale force winds of 75-100 mph have blown the sky dish off the wall and it's hanging by it's cable. I have no sat signal and can't get another appointment until the 31st . Can I get an emergency appointment from sky

There is no such thing as an emergency appointment. You will have been given the earliest possible appointment in your area. Unfortunately due to the weather the engineers will be in high demand. You could contact a local satellite company but get a quote as it will be chargeable and Sky won't refund you.
