Hi

I had an engineer booked today between 8 and 11. I was sat in the kitchen with my autistic nephew. The engineer pulled up in his van my nephew was so excited to watch TV. The engineer drove off!!!!! I then recieved a message to say I wasn't home and to rebook and it would cost me 25 pound!!!!!! Trust me the language I want to use.... I rang sky who assured me I won't be charged. But How can the engineer get away with that shocking service. Is he lazy? Is he in double time? I just can't believe it.... he didn't even get out of the van!!! Now my autistic nephew has trashed the kitchen and is having a meltdown. . Thank you sky
