Hi we have no satellite our sky won't work for two days now

What on screen message are you seeing @Charlotteohag (if any)?


No signal normally comes from your TV, no satellite signal normally refers to your Sky box. Have a look at this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
If that doesn’t help you, at the end of the link it should give you an option to arrange an engineer to check your dish alignment.
